Privacy

NoPowerFix tests run on your own device. We do not run trackers, we do not sell data, and the test results stay with you. This page explains exactly what happens on the website and in the apps.

Who we are

NoPowerFix is run by Hardware Specialist Anjum Asif (Greece). Privacy questions: [email protected]. This page covers nopowerfix.com and the NoPowerFix apps for Android and Windows; the forum at forum.nopowerfix.com has its own privacy page.

App stores

Google Play and the Microsoft Store handle downloads, updates and crash reports under their own privacy policies (Google, Microsoft). They give us totals only - for example the number of downloads per country and crash counts - never who you are.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected], we use your email address and message only to answer you. We keep the conversation only as long as needed for that, and we do not share it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent - write to [email protected]. Because the tests keep results on your own device, in most cases we hold nothing about you at all. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Children

NoPowerFix is made for device owners and repair technicians, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Bigger changes are also announced on the NoPowerFix forum.
