Why not a random dump from the internet?
Another machine's dump carries that machine's serial number, MAC address and Windows key. It may come from a bad read, and it can be locked with a BIOS or firmware password. Program it and the laptop boots with the wrong identity - or doesn't boot at all.

What to send
- Board number - printed on the board itself, e.g. LA-H431P, 820-00239, NM-C861.
- Your current dump - read the chip twice with a programmer and check both reads are identical.
- Model and serial from the sticker - for the identity check.
